How much proof do we have?

Ten similar complaints across different threads are a pattern.

A competitor change plus customer complaints plus review site frustration is stronger again.

Good evidence usually includes:

  • exact customer language
  • repeated mentions
  • named alternatives
  • described workarounds
  • specific user segments
  • recent activity
  • multiple sources

Weak evidence is vague.

Strong evidence is specific.

A founder should not act the same way on both.

Score next action clarity

This is where a lot of ideas collapse.
